UPVC Pipes

Variety of industrial UPVC/CPVC/PPH/PVDF valves, fittings and pipes. One-stop solution, ensures optimal performance for different applications—from water distribution to aggressive chemical handling.

Types of UPVC Pipes

Our UPVC pipes deliver outstanding chemical resistance and durability across various standards including DIN PN16/PN10 (GB/T 4219.1), ANSI SCH80/SCH40 (ASTM D1785) , and JIS (JIS K6742) standards. Available from DN15 to DN300, multiple pressure ratings and sizes to meet diverse project requirements. Easy to install with solvent welding for secure connections.

Chemical & Corrosion Resistance Performance of UPVC Pipes

Our UPVC pipes (DIN PN6/PN10 and ANSI SCH80/SCH40) deliver superior resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals, making them ideal for industrial and wastewater applications. The non-reactive material prevents scaling and biofilm buildup while maintaining long-term structural integrity. Available in DIN, ANSI, and JIS standards, these pipes are engineered for 20+ years of reliable service in aggressive environments. Perfect for chemical processing and water treatment systems where corrosion resistance is critical. As same as UPVC, CPVC not suitable for aromatic/chlorinated solvents(such as benzene-based liquids)due to its chemical properties.

UPVC Pipes Material Properties & Lifespan

Our UPVC pipes (available in DIN PN6/PN10, ANSI SCH80/SCH40, and JIS standards) feature excellent chemical resistance and 30+ years service life in harsh environments. The rigid non-corrosive material withstands pressures up to 10 bar (150 psi) while maintaining dimensional stability. UV-stabilized formulations ensure outdoor durability for water treatment and industrial piping systems. With smooth inner walls for optimal flow and lead-free composition, these pipes deliver reliable performance across chemical, wastewater and drinking water applications.

Max working temperature of CPVC products is 110℃, and they are usually used below 95℃. They are applied for petro, electronics, chemical engineering, food, and metal plating industries etc.
