CPVC Fittings (ANSI SCH 80)

Variety of industrial UPVC/CPVC/PPH/PVDF valves, fittings and pipes. One-stop solution, ensures optimal performance for different applications—from water distribution to aggressive chemical handling.

Types of CPVC Fittings (ANSI SCH80)

We Supply high chemical resistance and durability ANSI SC80 CPVC fittings for industrial piping systems, available in elbows, tees, couplings, reducer coupling, reducer tee, bushing, male adapter, female dapapter and flanges etc. Base on ASTM F439 ANSI SCH80, these fittings feature socket connections for leak-proof performance in acid/alkali environment

Chemical & Corrosion Resistance Performance of CPVC Fittings(ANSI SCH16)

Our CPVC fittings (ANSI SCH80) excel in harsh environments with outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals. Engineered for durability, they withstand ANSI SCH80's pressures, long term operation temperature from 5℃ to 45℃. Available from 1/2" to 12", these fittings are ideal for chemical processing, water treatment and industrial applications...... As same as UPVC, CPVC not suitable for aromatic/chlorinated solvents(such as benzene-based liquids)due to its chemical properties.

CPVC Fittings(ANSI SCH80) Material Properties & Lifespan

Engineered with high-grade chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, our CPVC fittings (ANSI SCH80) deliver superior thermal resistance (up to 93°C) and mechanical durability. The ANSI SCH80 standard ensures exceptional pressure-bearing capacity for industrial applications. Available in 90° elbows, tees, couplings and flanges, these fittings feature outstanding chemical resistance against acids, alkalis and chlorine. Their UV-stabilized formulation and corrosion-proof design guarantee 25+ years of reliable service in harsh environments like chemical plants and water treatment systems.

Max working temperature of CPVC products is 110℃, and they are usually used below 95℃. They are applied for petro, electronics, chemical engineering, food, and metal plating industries etc.
