Our CPVC pipes are manufactured to meet DIN PN16/PN10(GB/T 18998.2), ANSI SCH80/SCH40( ASTM F441), and JIS (JIS K6776) standards, delivering superior thermal and chemical resistance for industrial use. Available from DN15 to DN300, multiple pressure ratings and sizes to meet diverse project requirements. Easy to install with solvent welding for secure connections.

Chemical & Corrosion Resistance Performance of CPVC Pipes

Engineered for demanding applications, our CPVC pipes (DIN PN6/PN10 & ANSI SCH80/SCH40) deliver exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and aggressive chemicals. Ideal for chemical processing and industrial systems, these pipes maintain integrity in temperatures up to 93°C (200°F). The chlorinated material provides superior corrosion protection compared to standard PVC, ensuring 25+ years of service life in harsh environments. Available in multiple standards (DIN/ANSI/JIS) for global compatibility. As same as UPVC, CPVC not suitable for aromatic/chlorinated solvents(such as benzene-based liquids)due to its chemical properties.

With lead-free construction and pressure ratings up to 150 psi, they meet global safety standards for water and chemical transport.

Max working temperature of CPVC products is 110℃, and they are usually used below 95℃. They are applied for petro, electronics, chemical engineering, food, and metal plating industries etc.
