PVDF Pipes

Variety of industrial UPVC/CPVC/PPH/PVDF valves, fittings and pipes. One-stop solution, ensures optimal performance for different applications—from water distribution to aggressive chemical handling.

Types of PVDF Pipes

Our PVDF pipes are manufactured to meet PN16 (ISO 10931-2005) standards, delivering superior thermal and chemical resistance for industrial use. Available from DN15 to DN100, excelent chemical resistant ability to meet diverse project requirements. Install with socket fusion welding for secure connections.

Chemical & Corrosion Resistance Performance of PVDF Pipes

Our PVDF pipes (DIN standard) excel in aggressive environments with exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and oxidizers. Ideal for temperatures up to 120°C (248°F), they maintain structural integrity under extreme chemical exposure. The non-reactive fluoropolymer construction ensures zero leaching and 30+ years of service life in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and chemical processing applications. UV-resistant and halogen-free, PVDF pipes meet stringent purity standards for high-purity fluid transport. As same as UPVC, CPVC not suitable for aromatic/chlorinated solvents(such as benzene-based liquids)due to its chemical properties.

PVDF Pipes Material Properties & Lifespan

Our PVDF pipes deliver superior performance with outstanding chemical resistance to acids, solvents, and hydrocarbons. Constructed from pure fluoropolymer, they offer 30+ years of service life in harsh industrial environments. These pipes maintain structural integrity at high temperatures (up to 120°C/248°F) while ensuring zero contamination for critical applications in semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. Available in DIN-standard dimensions with smooth bores for optimal flow efficiency.

Max working temperature of CPVC products is 110℃, and they are usually used below 95℃. They are applied for petro, electronics, chemical engineering, food, and metal plating industries etc.
