PVDF Fitting (DIN PN16)

Variety of industrial UPVC/CPVC/PPH/PVDF valves, fittings and pipes. One-stop solution, ensures optimal performance for different applications—from water distribution to aggressive chemical handling.

Types of PVDF Fittings (DIN PN16)

We Supply high chemical resistance and durability DIN PN16 PVDF fittings for industrial piping systems, available in elbows, tees, couplings, reducer coupling, male adapter, female dapapter and flanges etc. Base on ISO TR-10358, these fittings feature socket fusion for leak-proof performance in acid/alkali environments.

Chemical & Corrosion Resistance Performance of PVDF Fittings(DIN PN16)

Our PVDF fittings (DIN PN16) excel in harsh environments with outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals. Engineered for durability, they withstand 16 bar pressures, long term operation temperature from -30℃ to 150℃. Available in from DN15 to DN100, these fittings are ideal for chemical processing, water treatment and industrial applications. As same as UPVC, CPVC not suitable for aromatic/chlorinated solvents(such as benzene-based liquids)due to its chemical properties.

PVDF Fittings(DIN PN16) Material Properties & Lifespan

Crafted from high-grade PVDF material, our DIN PN16 fittings offer outstanding chemical resistance against aggressive acids, solvents, and halogens. With a durable 16-bar pressure rating (232 psi), they ensure reliable performance in demanding industrial applications. The material's superior UV stability and thermal resistance (up to 140°C) contribute to a 20+ year service life in harsh environments like chemical processing and semiconductor industries. Available in multiple configurations including elbows, tees, and flanges for seamless system integration.

Max working temperature of CPVC products is 110℃, and they are usually used below 95℃. They are applied for petro, electronics, chemical engineering, food, and metal plating industries etc.
